About GoHome.ph
GoHome.ph is a property-listing and messaging platform that helps renters and listers find and discuss properties across the Philippines. We are not a real estate broker, rental agency, payment processor, or party to any rental agreement, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any listing.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, publishing a listing, or sending a message through GoHome.ph, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice and Cookies page. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law to create an account. Use an email address you control, since sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that address, and keep access to that inbox secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account, so notify us through support right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Listings and lister responsibilities
If you publish a listing, you confirm that you are the registered titleholder or are authorized by the titleholder to offer the property, and that the price, description, rental terms and photographs are accurate and current. Listings must comply with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and may not contain discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful terms. Listings marked as sample data are illustrative only and do not represent real availability.
Renter responsibilities
GoHome.ph helps you discover properties and start a conversation with a lister. It doesn’t verify ownership, inspect properties, or take part in negotiations. Before committing to any rental, independently verify the lister's authority, inspect the property, and review the lease terms. Arrange payments, deposits and contracts directly with the lister outside the platform.
Messages and support requests
Inquiries and lister replies are stored in your GoHome.ph inbox. Support and rental-search requests are also reviewed by our support team. We do not mediate, guarantee, or take responsibility for the outcome of any conversation or transaction between users.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use GoHome.ph to post fraudulent or duplicate listings, harvest or scrape data, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or infringing content, circumvent security features, or interfere with other users' access to the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including listing text and photographs, and grant GoHome.ph a license to host and display it on the platform so other users can view it. The GoHome.ph name, logo, and platform design belong to GoHome.ph and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
GoHome.ph is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, GoHome.ph is not liable for losses arising from listings, transactions, or communications between users, including inaccurate listings or failed rental arrangements.
Dispute resolution and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and the Internet Transactions Act (Republic Act No. 11967) where applicable. Raise any concern through in-app support first. Unresolved consumer complaints may also be brought to the Department of Trade and Industry's E-Commerce Bureau, and disputes that proceed to litigation fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GoHome.ph develops. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms describe how the service works today and the laws it operates under, but they aren’t a substitute for independent legal advice. Contact support if you have questions.
